Today I’m happy to interview Lexie Donovan about her first release, In The Park. A fun and hot little read worth picking up. She also happens to be a friend of mine, who I’m especially happy to see finally took the step to become a published author.
CM: Hi Lexie, thanks for joining us today. So, you got your cherry popped in the publishing world. Did it hurt as much as you thought it would?
LD: Thank you for having me! To be honest the actual popping was easier than I thought as I was in the right place at the right time with the right idea, but it’s been a long hard journey to get here. I’ve been writing for several years already and learning the craft so it was by no means an overnight success.
CM: This is your very first published story, is there any advice you’d like to give to others aspiring authors?
LD: Keep trying. I tried to give up so many times but my friends always pushed me on and I’m glad they did. All it takes is one yes.
CM: Hehe, pimp yourself, Babe. Tell us all about your new story.
LD: My story is a kinky adventure in a park. It’s full of the danger of being caught outside and sexual tension and fustration. There’s a sweet little twist at the end too.
CM: So, what’s next for you? Do you have anything specific that your working on?
LD: I’m working on another short erotic at the moment which I hope to finish soon. I’m also reworking a novel I started a few years back now that I have more knowledge of writing and how I work as a writer.
CM: I can’t wait to see more from you. Thanks for taking the time to let me interview you. You’ve been great. Is there anything you’d like to share?
LD: It’s been great to be here!
